Your warranties will be subjected with the product specification and varies with products.

We are dedicated to deliver the best service in your knowledge that you want. Our Delivery timeline will be of 1-2 days standard delivery. For Kathmandu Valley free delivery and for our clients outside of valley, the price varies based on product and courier charge.

You may order on Uniquestation if you are aged 16 years or over and have an active email account or a mobile number at which you can be contacted.

The delivery is dedicated to your provided address and we are not responsible for the delay in delivery and wrong delivery if the address you provided is wrong.

We reverse the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at any time. If we reject your order you will receive a refund of any money-paid.

Return and Exchange

Any wrong and defective product delivered to customers can be exchanged within the time period of “2” working days.

Also WE DON’T DO RETURNS IN SOME CASES.

Restrictions and Obligations

We don’t do delivery to naval bases, army base, and police station.

For exchange, you need to contact within 2 days of purchase with the original receipt from us. Without the receipt NO EXCHANGE.

IME Transfer

We offer IME transfer on all products. You can TRANSFER the invoice amount in given Name. We will be able to dispatch products after we get confirmation of the deposit from the bank.
